Fabulous 19th century gilt frame button back settee / sofa in excellent condition. The backrest is beautifully shaped with carved decoration and upholstered in a stunning yellow and gold fabric edged with metal studs. It's sprung seat also covered and edged with the same materials as the back rest is supported by 6 elegant carved cabroile style legs. Like all antiques there are imperfections however the frame is solid and the fabric is clean. An elegant, well padded, very comfortable sofa that will add style to any home.
