Superb military campaign roll top writing slope in fantastic antique condition complete with key. This is an extremely high-quality Chinese export camphor wood lap desk with brass edging and original flush mount pull handles. The tambour roll top slides back when the bottom drawer is opened. The interior is fitted with different size pigeon holes and a green baize writing surface. Like a lot of Victorian furniture there are concealed drawers which can be revealed by pushing the small steel peg. This is a wonderful item with amazing graining and patination.
