Description

This handsome Victorian console table in solid oak has a shaped upstand with crisp foliage carving and a carved shield motif to the centre sitting above a serpentine shaped top having a hidden drawer in the frieze. It is raised on two cabriole legs to the front and two flat legs to the back so sits nicely against the wall. The cabriole legs have stunning carved knuckles and finish on superbly detailed lion paw feet. Fabulous golden colour showing the beautiful grain in the oak is a very pleasing aspect of the overall table. This table against any wall will look impressive but place it under any mirror, painting or window the affect will be absolutely stunning.
