Robert Strahan & Co. was a prominent furniture-making firm established in 1776 in Dublin. It grew to become one of Ireland’s leading furniture designers and manufacturers. The firm participated in major exhibitions, such as the Dublin Industrial Exhibition of 1853 and the London International Exhibition of 1862, showcasing high-quality and ornate furniture.
